I can help you plan and explore a safe, honest, practical and reliable screening and reflection framework that includes, but goes well beyond, online screening tests.

I’m not a psychologist. I’m not trained to diagnose. But I support self-identification and believe that the right coaching can support and enhance a positive journey. This can be especially helpful if your prime motivation is to build reliable self-understanding as a starting point for making positive changes, from reframing how you think about past events to changing how you interact with the world.

I will not offer my own opinions. But you will build a reliable evidence base from which you can draw your own conclusions or use what you find to build an evidence base to take into a formal diagnosis process.

You will:

  • Use robust, structured self-assessment tools (online and paper-based) to identify any patterns and traits.

  • Map experiences and identify any patterns across different stages of your life journey so far.

  • Reflect on the consistency and impacts of how any traits show up for you.

  • For consistency, calibrate yourself against neurotypical experiences.

  • Identify any masking and camouflaging behaviours and the cognitive efforts they require.

  • Find identity-based evidence (stories of peoples’ lived experiences) that resonates with your experiences.

  • If, after careful exploration, your profile consistently aligns with autism or ADHD and matches your lifelong patterns, I’ll help you define a helpful “working self-identity” that supports your next steps as you turn your new understanding into positive changes.
