Nice to meet you

I'm trained in humanistic, person-centred, transformative coaching, on a course accredited by the International Coaching Federation, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and the Association for Coaching.

My coaching also integrates elements of:

  • Positive psychology

  • Mindfulness

  • Transactional analysis coaching

  • Cognitive behavioural coaching

  • Compassion-focused coaching

  • Trauma-informed coaching

  • Acceptance and commitment coaching

Three values shape my coaching: kindness, integrity and curiosity. I apply these in every session to help my clients to rediscover their authentic self, challenge their assumptions and remove obstacles to having the clarity, capability and confidence to create new possibilities and a better future.

I’m neurodivergent (I'm late-diagnosed with autism and ADHD) and I’m committed to helping clients living with their own neurodivergence to discover their own way to thrive, identifying their strengths to uncover solutions that help them make the most of their unique way of being in and experiencing the world.

I'm based in Wimborne, Dorset, in the UK. I coach exclusively online so can work with anyone in a compatible time zone.
